These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and Quantanon concerning your use of Quantanon software applications, products, and the Quantanon.com website.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Quantanon application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the software.

Ownership

Quantanon owns the Quantanon software products and associated original content, designs, documentation, and other materials, except for third-party components that may be subject to their own licenses.

All applicable rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Quantanon.

License to Use the Software

Subject to these Terms, Quantanon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Quantanon software for its intended purpose.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Quantanon software except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law or an applicable third-party license.

Lawful Use

You agree to use Quantanon software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.

You may not use Quantanon software to facilitate, create, transmit, store, or distribute content or communications in violation of applicable law.

You are responsible for your use of the software and for information you create, enter, store, transmit, export, or share using the software.

Security Email Pro

Security Email Pro provides encryption functionality intended to help users protect the confidentiality of their communications.

You may not use Security Email Pro to knowingly facilitate unlawful activity or to transmit or conceal communications in violation of applicable law.

Quantanon does not possess users' private encryption keys and cannot use those keys to decrypt or read encrypted messages.

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their devices, passwords, encryption keys, backups, and other security credentials.

Medical and Dental Applications

Medical Records Pro and Dental Records Pro are personal record-keeping applications. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or provide professional advice concerning any disease or medical or dental condition.

Information contained in or generated by these applications should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, dental, or other healthcare advice.

Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or dental concerns and treatment decisions.

DMV Study Pro

DMV Study Pro is provided as a study and educational aid.

Quantanon does not guarantee that questions or information contained in the application will appear on an official examination or that use of the application will result in passing any examination.

Official laws, regulations, testing requirements, and government materials take precedence over information presented in the application.

Good Sleep Pro

Good Sleep Pro is intended for relaxation, sleep-environment, and general wellness purposes.

It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent insomnia, sleep apnea, or any other medical condition.

Users with persistent sleep problems or other health concerns should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

User Data and Backups

Certain Quantanon applications allow users to create and store information locally on their devices.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information that is important to you.

Quantanon is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, deletion, corruption, loss of a device, operating-system changes, application removal, user error, or other circumstances outside Quantanon's reasonable control.

Third-Party Services

Quantanon software may interact with operating systems, email providers, app stores, device services, or other products and services provided by third parties.

Those services are governed by their respective providers' terms, policies, and availability.

Quantanon is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, policies, or actions of independent third-party services.

Software Updates and Changes

Quantanon may periodically update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features of its software.

Updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility with operating systems, devices, security requirements, legal requirements, or third-party services.

Quantanon does not guarantee that every application or feature will remain available indefinitely or remain compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Export and Regulatory Compliance

Certain Quantanon software, including Security Email Pro, may contain encryption technology subject to United States export-control laws and regulations.

You agree to comply with applicable U.S. export-control and sanctions laws and may not export, reexport, transfer, download, or use Quantanon software where prohibited by applicable law.

Additional export-control information applicable to Security Email Pro may be provided separately on Quantanon.com.

Compliance With Law

Quantanon will comply with valid legal obligations applicable to Quantanon.

Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as requiring Quantanon to possess, obtain, or provide information that it does not have or cannot access.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantanon software and website content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Quantanon disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Quantanon does not warrant that the software will operate without interruption or error, that all defects will be corrected, or that the software will remain compatible with all devices, operating systems, or third-party services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantanon and its owners, developers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Quantanon software or website content.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or other consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Copyright

Unless otherwise indicated, Quantanon software, website content, graphics, documentation, and other original materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Third-party trademarks, software, libraries, services, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Termination

Your rights under these Terms may terminate if you materially violate these Terms.

Upon termination, you must discontinue any use of the software that is no longer authorized under these Terms.

Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

Quantanon may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to our software, services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.

Continued use of the applicable software after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Quantanon Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to a particular Quantanon product, constitute the agreement between you and Quantanon concerning your use of the applicable software.

Terms imposed by an app store or other third-party distribution platform may also apply to software obtained through that platform.
